Drop off Service: Drop off service is available by appointment only. Requests may be made by sending an email to susiesshop@yahoo.com to set up an appointment or if you need more information. The drop off location is at 1934 Old Gallows Road, Suite 350, Vienna, VA 22182 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Pickup Service: We will come to your location (within a 5 mile radius) and pick up your items to be sold on eBay. The pickup service will incur a $25 charge. Requests may be made by sending an email to susiesshop@yahoo.com. Pickup service is available on Saturday and Sunday, anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Offsite Service: We will come to your location (within a 5 mile radius) and digitally photograph and research large items. Once the sale is complete, we will coordinate pickup with the buyer. Requests may be made by sending an email to susiesshop@yahoo.com. The offsite service is available on Saturday and Sunday, anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m.

Online Listing Service:

There are no listing fees charged for items with the starting bid of $9.99 or less on eBay. If you want to start the bidding higher than $9.99, then there will be a refundable fee of $3. If the item gets sold, the $3 fee gets credited back to your account. This service includes the following:

* Online listing fee of your item

* Inventory of your item

* Research -- Analysis of your item -- an estimate of what the item will sell

* Professional digital photographs of your item

COMMISSION SCHEDULE

35% - final sales price under $1,000

25% - final sales price between $1,000 to $3,000

15% - final sales price over $3,000

eBay and Paypal Fees

If your item sells on eBay, up to 15% may be charged to cover for the eBay and Paypal fees.
