A: We are a consignment business that specializes in selling merchandise online either on eBay and other Internet Auction sites on behalf of the consignor. If you have something that’s been stored in your closet collecting dust, and no longer need, chances are we can sell it on eBay and bring you some money for it.

Q: What kind of items do you sell?
A: We sell anything that potential buyers on eBay or other Internet Auction sites would be interested in buying. Sometimes what is not worth much to one person might be valuable to another. This is why online buying and selling is so unique. Instead of having a local yard sale, you can sell your items to the whole world. The value of the item(s) should be at least $50 to make this process worthwhile!

Q: What items do you not sell?
A: Clothing and China dishes. Unfortunately, clothing is very hard to sell online because most buyers would like to see the clothing first before they buy. In this present generation, people are using more plastic than China dishes to do their entertaining. China dishes are not as popular as they used to be.

Q: How long do you list my items for sale on eBay?
A: Usually we will use a fixed price listing for 30 days. If the item is very popular, we will use a 7 day auction to maximize bidding interest to get the best sale.

Q: What if my item doesn’t sell during the auction period?
A: If your item doesn’t sell, you will be notified and we can return it or donate your item to charity.

Q: What are your drop off hours?
A: By appointment only. Monday thru Friday at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Q: Where is your drop off location?
A: Monday thru Friday: 1934 Old Gallows Road, Suite 350, Vienna, VA 22182.

Q: What are your pick up times?
A: Saturday and Sunday: Anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Q: Where do I find my auctions on your website?
A: Click on Auction near the top of page. Then scroll down to the bottom of screen, click on "View all items on eBay", this will take you to our eBay store to view your items easily in one place.

Q: When can I expect to receive my check?
A: Typically, you will receive a check in about 6 weeks from the date the auction starts. Please note that winning bidders who delay in paying for your item will cause delays in our sending out your check.
